GETTING READY AT HOME

What you'll need

A computer with a web browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, a keyboard and a mouse. Nothing to install.

Any glasses or flippers your doctor gives you for your exercises.

A webcam is preferred. It makes sure you are working at the proper distance for your exercises, and reminds you when you are not.

A quiet spot and a regular time of day.

The app checks your distance and tells you when to move.

If you start to feel unwell, stop

A headache, dizziness, nausea or double vision that doesn't settle means stop right away, not at the end of the activity. Then let the office know. It usually means a setting needs changing.

QUESTIONS?

Messages in the app is the easy way to ask about an exercise, a symptom, or a change to your program between visits.

It is not for anything urgent. Messages are read during office hours. If something can't wait, call the office. In an emergency, call 911.
